- 4 chicken breasts, cut up
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 teaspoon freeze-dried garlic 2 ribs celery, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 can corn
- 1/2 can (200 ml) black beans
- 1/2 can (400 ml) of diced tomatoes
- 2 small potatoes, cubed
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon plain Tabasco
- ¼ teaspoon marjoram
- 2 Tablespoon butter
