Hamburger Soup - Kimberley L.
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3-4 potatoes, cubed
- 3 carrots, diced
- 3 celery, chopped
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can corn
- 1/2 cup barley
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 cup wheat, cooked
Brown hamburger and onion in a large pot.
Add soups, paste and s&p.
Add remaining ingredients and 3 cups of water and simmer on low for several hours until veggies and lentils are soft.
