Kimberley's Chicken Corn Chowder

Chicken Corn Chowder - Kimberley L.

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Dash of pepper
  • 4 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans cream corn
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup cooked wheat
  • Cooked chicken breast or ground chicken

Saute celery, onion and butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
