Rachel's Paprika Beef

Paprika Beef- Rachel H.

Sear 2 lbs. of cubed chuck beef in olive oil

  • I medium onion, sliced
  • 1or 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
  • dash of cayenne
1 1/2 cup water or beef broth; take 1/4 cup of that amount to whisk with 2 tbsp of flour and add everything to crock pot and simmer on high for 3 hours or until tender. Serve with rice or noodles.
